MICROWAVE LONG GRAIN RICE | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice 3 c. hot water 1 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Reduce power to 70%, uncovered for 15 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 6 servings. |
