CHERRY CRUNCH DELIGHT 
1 can (2 1/2 c.) sour cherries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix cherries, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour and boil until thick. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and 1 cup of flour. Press half into bottom and sides of 8 or 9-inch square pan. Pour in cherry mixture. Sprinkle on remaining dry mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
