CHERRY CRUNCH PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 lg. egg yolk, slightly beaten
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. Quick cooking oats
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Bake until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth paste. Add cherry pie filling and mix. Pour into crust. Prepare topping: Mix sugar, brown sugar, oats and flour. Add melted butter and mix. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
