MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 can diced green chiles
1/4 lb. desired cheese, diced (cheddar, Jack and/or Mozzarella)
2 med. tomatoes, diced (optional: sprinkle tomatoes with Tabasco)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne

Butter 10-inch pie pan. Sprinkle chilies, cheese, tomato in pan. Beat well remaining ingredients and pour into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with salsa.
