CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves, crushed
Soy sauce
Pinch of salt
8 flour fajita bread
1 tbsp. butter

Slice chicken into long strips. Marinate in soy sauce and salt. Slice thin all peppers and onion. Saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add peppers for 3 minutes. Add chicken for 10 minutes until done. When ready to serve, put mixture on fajita bread and roll it up.
