CHICKEN ROSE (MICROWAVE COOKOFF RECIPE) | |
2 chicken breast, deboned & skinned Meat tenderizer SAUCE: 1 tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 clove garlic, mashed 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. peanut oil 1/3 c. raisins 3/4 c. Rose wine Flatten chicken breasts. Pierce and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Place in covered microwave cooking dish. Mix sauce. Pour over chicken. Cook on high for 6 minutes. Baste. Turn dish and cook 8 minutes more. Serve on rice. |
