PINTO BEAN PIE 
2 c. cooked pinto beans
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. angel flake coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Thoroughly mash beans, add small amount of liquid to make moist. Add other ingredients. Pour into 3 unbaked pie crust. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Pies may be frozen for future use.
