CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. oil 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. walnuts Sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggs, oil, carrots and nuts together; add to dry mixture. Pour into well-greased layer pans; makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Remove from pans and cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows). |
