JO'S CHOCOLATE RAW CENTER CAKE 
2 bars semi sweet baking chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder, sifted with flour

Melt butter and chocolate and cool. Whip to peak, eggs and sugar, then fold in the cooled chocolate. Add sifted flour and baking powder, to mix. Pour into buttered and floured springpan. Bake at 400 to 425 for 13 to 15 minutes. When cool, sift powdered sugar on top or serve with whipped cream.
