1 stick butter, melted
28 Oreo cookies, crushed with centers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan: 1 stick of butter (melted) and 28 Oreo cookies (crushed with centers). Blend and pour on top of cookie mixture: 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, and 1/2 (9 ounce) container Cool Whip. Mix together: 1 box vanilla and chocolate pudding and 3 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 5 to 6 crushed cookies. Refrigerate.
