1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter (maybe 1 1/2)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip, divided into 2/3 and 1/3 portions
1 large package chocolate pudding
1 c. milk

Grind Oreos; set aside 1/4 cup in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ground Oreos with the melted butter. Pat out into a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Mix 2/3 of the Cool Whip with the cream cheese. Spread this over the cookie mixture.

Mix pudding with the milk. (I use a shaker and then pour this over the cream cheese mixture.)

Frost with the remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle the 1/4 c. of Oreo crumbs over the top.
