Creamy Dijon Chicken 
2 lbs. Chicken Cutlets
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup. chopped scallions
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place chicken in a lightly greased large baking dish.

3. Combine all ingredients except the parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes

5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and broil until brown...about 5 minutes.
