PUMPKIN SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, minced
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 c. fresh milk
1 c. heavy cream
Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper

Melt butter and saute onion until slightly softened. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through but do not allow to boil. Correct seasonings to taste, serve.
