P.'S PUMPKIN SOUP 
3 c. cooked mashed pumpkin or canned pumpkin
1 c. light cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 thin slices of onion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients except onion and parsley in a 3 quart saucepan. Heat just until hot. Garnish with onion rings and parsley.
