GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. milk
2 or 4 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cook potatoes and cube. Brown bacon and crumble. Saute onion in bacon fat. Add soup, milk, relish, vinegar. Season to taste. Stir in potatoes.
