CREAMY PECAN PIE 
Topping:

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over pie. Can garnish with pecans. Return to 350°F oven about 10 minutes longer.

Crust:

1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Chill 20 minutes.

Filling:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add other ingredients.

Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
