1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together. 1 c. pecan halves 1 unbaked 8 1/2 inch pie shell

Stir syrup into the above and add pecans. Put into unbaked shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown on top.

Little tarts - 12 minutes. Regular size - 15-18 minutes.

PASTRY:

6 c. flour
2 Crisco

Will make tarts for 60 little tarts, regular size (use 4 X's this recipe for filling).
