SWEDISH WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. ice water, or snow
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Fold whipped cream into flour; add other ingredients. Let set for 1 hour. Bake in waffle iron until brown. Make a crisp waffle. Cool and serve with powdered sugar or lingon berries. Raspberries are also good or ice cream. Use your imagination for dessert variations.
