SALAMI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp. curing salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into a roll 2 or 3 inches in diameter. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Unwrap and place meat on a broiler pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn meat over and bake another 45 minutes.
