LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. lime Jello
1 average can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 pt. whipped cream

Drain juice from pineapple; reserve. Measure the pineapple juice and whatever amount of water you need to make 3 cups liquid. Heat liquid and pour it over Jello to dissolve.

Add cream cheese and beat until creamy. Refrigerate and let it set. But not too firm. Then add celery, pineapple, and whipped cream. Stir, then add walnuts to top. Let set in refrigerator until firm. Enjoy!
