PARMESAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. to 2 c. bread crumbs
8 chicken breasts, boned
Fresh parsley (for decoration)
Garlic salt

Dip breasts in melted butter. Roll in mixture of cheese, bread crumbs and garlic salt. Top with parsley in uncovered glass baking dish. Pour unused butter over top of breasts. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
