CREAMED CORN 
1 lb. bag frozen corn niblets
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
Black pepper
Parsley, chopped

Mix corn with butter and cream cheese and cook over medium heat until bubbly. Add pepper and parsley. You can also microwave this in a covered, glass dish, cooking on high power for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
