ITALIAN PEPPER SANDWICHES 
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1/4 c. Zesty Italian salad dressing
6 hard rolls
6 cubed steaks, broiled
6 slices mozzarella cheese
Butter

Saute onion and green pepper in dressing until soft. Cut rolls lengthwise and butter. Place steaks on roll bottoms, cover with cooked vegetable mixture and top with cheese slices. Broil 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and buttered sides at tops is slightly brown.
