1 tsp. baking soda
1 can applesauce
2 c. cake flour
1 c. seedless raisins
1/4 lb. mixed fruit
2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick of butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve soda in warm water, add applesauce, cake flour, raisins and fruit mix and nuts. Cream sugar and butter and add all other ingredients. Grease and flour cake pan. Pour in batter and cook in oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
