BROWN SUGAR COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Cream until smooth. Combine flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture and blend well. Stir in nuts. Roll dough into small rolls. Wrap in waxed paper, and put in refrigerator to chill overnight. Slice very thinly and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
