CAULIFLOWER WITH SOUR CREAM 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. sour cream plus 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Break cauliflower into florets. Cook until tender but still firm. Drain cauliflower and place in a buttered casserole. Cover with bread crumbs browned in butter, season with salt and pepper. Blend milk into sour cream and pour over vegetable. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
