ARMENIAN PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
Milk
Oil to fry
Sugar

Add all ingredients together; thin with milk until it is the consistency of cake batter.

Heat 2-3 inches of oil in a frying pan. Drop 1 tablespoon of batter into oil. Remove pancake from oil when it is light brown. Roll in sugar.
