ARMENIAN PEPPERS 
Green peppers, whole
1 chopped onion
Olive oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1/4 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. tomato sauce

Cover bottom of pan with olive oil. Saute onion. Mix meat, rice, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Pour onions over meat mixture and mix. Stuff peppers, put in pan, add sauce and water to cover. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a salad and French bread. Nice on a cold winter night.
