1/4 c. coriander seeds
2 tbsp. saffron threads
1 tbsp. cumin seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Grind together in pepper mill. Mix well and bottle tightly. Dried calendula petals may be substituted.
