ORIENTAL CHICKEN (Microwave) 
2 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce

Pierce chicken breast with fork. Place in microwave casserole. In a small bowl combine cornstarch, brown sugar, oregano, garlic and other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Microwave at High 10 to 13 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
