ANISE COOKIES 
6 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. anise oil

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Combine anise oil and egg yolks on low speed. Add flour gradually. Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Brown paper may be used.
