FRIED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. mixed chicken parts
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. boiling water
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of paprika
2 or 3 sm. onions, sliced on top

Take skin off chicken and fat from chicken. Place 2 tablespoons of oil in fry pan. Brown chicken. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over chicken. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Put a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika on top, bake another half hour. Slice 2 or 3 small onions on top. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.
