SPANISH CANNED PEPPERS 
Hot peppers
Lemon slices
Onion slices
Clove of garlic
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. salt
1 pt. white vinegar
1 pt. water

Pack pint jars with hot peppers. Put 1 lemon slice, 1 onion slice, and garlic on top of peppers in jar. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over peppers. Seal.
