SPANISH RICE 
1/4 c. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. rice
1 lg. can tomatoes (2 1/2 c.)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 bay leaf
Few grains cayenne pepper
2 c. hot water
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can beef bouillon soup

In roasting pan brown beef, garlic, peppers, celery. Add all other ingredients. Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes adding water or tomato juice if necessary. Should serve about 10-12.
