NOODLE PUDDING | |
1/2 lb. wide noodles (cooked) 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 pt. cottage cheese 2 beaten eggs 1/4 lb. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained Cinnamon (sprinkle on top before baking) Mix all ingredients together and add to cooked and drained noodles. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Yield 6 to 8 servings. |
