LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 box (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vinegar

Add 2 cups boiling water to package of Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add vinegar. Chill. Add vegetables when chilled gelatin is slightly thickened. Refrigerate until firm.
