RUTH'S LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. nuts

Squeeze juice from pineapple to make 1 cup. If not enough juice, add water to make it. Put juice in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the dry Jello and boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let set until Jello sets up.

Whip Dream Whip until it stands up well. Add the Jello. Beat. Add cottage cheese, beat well again. (I use the electric mixer.) Fold in pineapple and nuts. Mix well. Will keep in refrigerator 3-4 days.
