LEMON BISQUE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 lemons
1 can milk
18 to 20 graham crackers
Butter
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring

Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes. Dissolve Jello with this syrup. Add the juice and rind of the lemons and the lemon flavoring. Let this partially set and whip. Whip the milk which has been well chilled and add gelatin mixture gradually. Crush graham crackers and combine with butter until crumbly. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with half of the graham cracker mixture. Pour bisque over it and put remaining half of crumb mixture on top. Chill well and cut in squares to serve.
