MAZIE'S LEMON BISQUE 
1 can (13 oz.) Pet milk
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. honey or 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 2 lemons, optional
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind. Whip chilled milk until thick and add to mixture. Pour into 9x12 dish. Sprinkle wafer crumbs on top and chill.
