PARSLEY GARLIC TOAST | |
2 cloves garlic, minced 5 tbsp. minced parsley 1/4 c. unsalted butter 4 French rolls, halved lengthwise Saute garlic and parsley in butter in a small skillet for 2 minutes. Spread mixture on rolls. Broil with tops about 5 inches from the heat, until butter mixture is bubbly. |
