ITALIAN SCALLION BREAD 
2 pkg. fast rising yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. sliced scallions
1 lg. egg white

Mix yeast and sugar in food processor with 1/4 cup of warm water. Let sit for 3 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, oregano and celery seed.

With machine still running, pour 3/4 cup of lukewarm water. Add scallions. Let rise in bowl. Knead again. Let rise. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until brown.
