JAPANESE FRUIT TARTS 
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten or equal amounts of egg beaters
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. coconut

Blend all ingredients and pour into tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 14 tarts.
