JANE'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. white corn syrup
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 can condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil over highest heat. Stir constantly with wooden spoon. After fudge comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium and do not stir. Boil to a hard ball stage, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and immerse in cold water. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of butter and beat until stiff. Add nuts and pour on buttered plate.
