CHEESY BEEF UPSIDE CORNBREAD 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
1-2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix (prepared)

Brown ground beef. Add onion. Cook until onions are tender. Drain off excess fat. Add garlic salt, tomato sauce and seasoning packet. Let simmer about 10-15 minutes. Then add cheese.

When cheese melts pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour prepared cornbread mix on top of hamburger mixture evenly. Try to cover all the hamburger up. Bake in 425 degree oven until cornbread is done. Serve with cornbread upside down.
