TAPIOCA SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
2 sm. pkgs. American brand Jello tapioca pudding
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip

Combine in saucepan the orange Jello, tapioca pudding and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool. When cool, add mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
