EAST INDIAN SPARE RIBS 
2 c. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. mild curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 lbs. spare ribs

Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon over ribs. Continue to bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
