CHICKEN SALAD DELUXE 
2 1/2 c. chicken breast, cubed
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. white grapes, sliced
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 tsp. salt
4 to 6 oz. mayonnaise
4 oz. heavy cream, whipped

Cook and cube chicken breast. Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Garnish with bunches of grapes and toasted almonds for divine buffet or luncheon dish. Serves 6.
