CHIPS AHOY BROWNIE PIE 
25 Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream/chocolate curls for garnish

Cut 5 cookies in half; set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter; press on bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate.

In saucepan, heat remaining butter and corn syrup until warm; remove from heat. Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes; insert cookie halves around edge of pie crust. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
