CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. chuck, cut in thin strips
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 bouillon cube
3/4 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. minute rice

Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to boil, stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
