MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
Carrots
Cauliflower
Brocco li
Mushrooms
Cucumbers
Radishes
1 1/2 c. rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cut up vegetables into bite-size pieces. Mix vegetables and pasta together. Marinate vegetables and pasta overnight in Italian dressing, stirring every couple of hours.
